At FrostedBites.Co, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality frozen grapes right to your door. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.
That said, your satisfaction means everything to us — and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

A short description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit for the affected items.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Because our frozen products are shipped same-day or next-day to ensure freshness, once your order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you need to make changes, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only in specific cases, such as:

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
